Home grown peppers from seed to sauce.
I harness the flavor of some of the hottest peppers I can grow with fruits and vegetables as well as fermentation.
I start these plants from seeds in my living room in mid winter in grow tents. I then migrate them to my green houses in the spring. In the summer the babies get their up grades to either potted in grow bags or a water system. I have been experimenting with aquaponics and hydroponics for a few years and have have amazing results. This year I have upped the bar to about 500 plants. Let's make some sauce.
